I did a shoot yesterday with Heather and thought I would use a shot from that for my before and after this week.
Before
After
I'm not totally in love with how the deletion of their daughter turned out but I really like the idea of it. hehe Any tips?
I used my Nikon D3000 and 70-200mm lens. Edited in Lightroom 3 beta 2.

Love it! You actually made the child disappear!
Hmm. The cloning is pretty obvious. Did you try just cropping her out? (But great job with the color pop!)
I like it better with the little girl in it. :(
I like this, it's a very creative edit! How would it look to do a horizontal crop? I guess Heather's arm would be cut out? I just love how she is clutching his shirt...very sweet picture! :)
Christina- the photo shoot wasn't of me, that isn't me! :)
I think cropping it would work better I guess. You got a beautiful shot of them.
do a horizontal crop because the pic is great - colors are wonderful. The cloning is repetitive, which makes it obvious. I personally would also do bw on this pic - but I do love the color version too!
I thought exactly the same thing as Victoria...just crop it differently. I think the cloning might be too difficult for this one because you have to clone in a leg!! But, still...you did a pretty good job! I love the colors too!
I think you did a fantastic job! Those types of edits are really hard. You could always crop it. :)
I just have to say I LOVE your blog! Not only am I enjoying your posts, but I love the design. I am a new follower and would love you to visit sometime! ^_^
Great picture! I agree with others, maybe if it was cropped differently. Great work!!
