These are two of my younger sisters, Brittany and Kirstie. I think they are beautiful! I used Lightroom 2.6 and Gimp 2.6. Don't ask what I did...because I have no idea! I just kept moving things around till I liked it. :-)

I often have no idea what I have done with a photo because I, too, just keep pressing buttons and trying different things! I can't ever seem to pull off the same thing twice :-)

I love your use of color!! Beautiful. Hey...I noticed your comment on my blog...guess what. You can use textures with Gimp. Gimp was actually what I learned on. Just create another layer...and use any texture you like and then change the blending mode/opacity of that texture layer. It's just that easy. Then if you want to paint some of the texture out just add a layer mask and paint with a soft, low opacity black brush on that layer mask. Very simple! Gimp is actually a very powerful program!! Just thought I'd let you know!! ;)
